Electrician — Business Hotel

Responsibilities

• Maintain all electrical systems in a 200-room corporate hotel: rooms, meeting rooms, fitness center, restaurant, lobby
• Service UPS systems for server room and business center — critical for corporate guests dependent on reliable internet and power
• Maintain outdoor electrical with attention to summer storm surge protection — Guadalajara's rainy season brings intense electrical storms
• Handle guest room electrical repairs as part of daily work order queue
• Coordinate with external contractor on elevator electrical maintenance
• Test and document emergency electrical systems monthly

Requirements

• Hotel or commercial building electrical experience
• UPS and server room power infrastructure knowledge preferred
• Storm surge protection and electrical safety during thunderstorm activity awareness
• Professional presentation for business hotel environment
