Work environment

Convention hotel adjacent to Guadalajara's Expo — one of Latin America's most active convention venues. Event electrical demand peaks sharply during major exhibitions.

About the role

Convention electrical is the most varied hotel electrical work there is. On a quiet week, it's standard hotel maintenance. During a 5,000-person trade show, you're managing temporary power distribution for 200 exhibition stands, coordinating power feeds for a stage rigging system, and making sure the hotel's normal operations don't even notice the load surge. That range is exactly what makes it interesting.
