Electrician — Marina & Outdoor Facilities

Responsibilities

• Maintain all marina electrical: dock power pedestals (120V and 240V shore power connections for yachts), dock lighting, fuel dock electrical, pump room controls
• Apply systematic corrosion protection to all marina electrical — Cabo's salt environment at water level is extremely aggressive
• Maintain outdoor resort electrical: pool equipment rooms, beach club power, outdoor event infrastructure
• Coordinate with marina operators and vessel owners on shore power requirements
• Handle temporary power connections for large yachts and charter vessels
• Maintain electrical safety around water — marine electrical safety practices required at all times

Requirements

• Standard electrical qualification plus marine electrical experience or strong outdoor/marine motivation
• Understanding of shore power standards (NEMA and international vessel power connections)
• Rigorous electrical safety discipline around water and marine environments
• Salt-environment experience

Marine electrical at a Cabo San Lucas marina means you're providing shore power to sportfishing boats, luxury yachts, and occasionally some of the most expensive private vessels in the Pacific. The electrical discipline required — arc flash protection, isolation procedures, water-adjacent safety — is real and demanding, and the electrician who operates to that standard earns the trust of boat owners who are not tolerant of electrical failures.
