Hotel Electrician

Responsibilities

• Maintain all electrical systems across a five-star resort to luxury specification — every visible electrical element must be in perfect condition
• Manage salt-environment corrosion program for all outdoor electrical: stainless enclosures, sealed conduit terminations, quarterly corrosion inspections
• Maintain high-end lighting systems: LED dimmer controls, specialty mood lighting in restaurants and lobby, outdoor feature lighting for desert-ocean landscape setting
• Service emergency power systems: generator, ATS, UPS systems for critical hotel operations
• Coordinate with the audio-visual specialist on power infrastructure for entertainment systems
• Maintain parts inventory with attention to lead times from mainland suppliers — critical spares stocked on-property

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hotel or commercial electrical; luxury property experience preferred
• Strong corrosion management knowledge for salt coastal environment
• Familiarity with high-end lighting control systems (Lutron, Crestron common in Cabos properties)
• Professional presentation suitable for a five-star property
