Hotel Electrician — Urban Business Hotel

Responsibilities

• Maintain all electrical systems in a 250-room business hotel: guest room circuits, public area lighting, kitchen, conference facilities, fitness center
• Manage emergency electrical systems per CDMX seismic emergency protocols — generator, UPS, and emergency lighting must be functional and tested monthly
• Service low-voltage systems: structured cabling for internet infrastructure, access control, CCTV power, in-room entertainment
• Maintain ballroom and conference room electrical: motorized screen power, stage lighting circuits, temporary power panels for events
• Coordinate with IT department on UPS systems serving server room and network infrastructure
• Document all work and maintain accurate electrical as-built drawings

Requirements

• Urban commercial electrical experience; hotel background preferred
• Emergency electrical systems knowledge: generators, ATS, UPS
• Seismic emergency protocol awareness for CDMX operation
• NOM-001-SEDE and NOM-029-STPS compliance knowledge
