Responsibilities

  • Maintain all electrical systems across a 250-room resort: guest rooms, common areas, food and beverage, pool equipment rooms
  • Perform preventive inspection of all distribution panels and junction boxes on rotating schedule
  • Manage earthing system integrity — routine testing required given the high water table and Caribbean humidity conditions
  • Service low-voltage systems: satellite TV distribution, door lock infrastructure, in-room safe boxes
  • Respond to electrical fault calls during shift; coordinate handover with on-call system for overnight emergencies
  • Maintain outdoor electrical in weatherproofed enclosures — standard of corrosion protection required across all exterior installations

Requirements

  • Hotel or commercial electrical experience; Riviera Maya experience preferred
  • NOM-001-SEDE knowledge
  • Earthing system testing experience
  • Rotating shift availability
