Electrician — Boutique Hillside Property

Responsibilities

• Maintain all electrical in a hillside boutique property with non-standard construction — routing through stone walls, wood-beam ceilings, and terraced multi-level layout
• Upgrade aging wiring where identified during inspections — many hillside PV properties have electrical infrastructure from the 1970s and 1980s embedded in stone walls
• Maintain rooftop terrace pool and bar electrical — outdoor fittings in full sun and Pacific salt air
• Handle specialty lighting maintenance: boutique hotels in PV's Zona Romántica invest heavily in atmospheric lighting design
• Coordinate external permits and specialist contractors for work requiring CFE notification
• Perform fault-finding in embedded wiring where access is limited by the building structure

Requirements

• Electrical experience in old or heritage building environments
• Strong fault-finding skills — tracing circuits through 50-year-old embedded wiring requires methodical thinking
• Patience and craft approach suitable for boutique standards
• Comfort working at heights on multi-level hillside buildings
