Work environment
Large resort in Cancún's Zona Hotelera. High-volume maintenance environment — multiple work orders running simultaneously across hundreds of rooms.
About the role
The backbone of the resort. When a family of four from Chicago arrives at midnight and their air conditioning isn't working, it's the maintenance technician who gets the radio call and walks through that door to fix it before anyone has a bad night. That quiet competence — showing up, solving the problem, disappearing before the guest notices anything was ever wrong — is the entire job.
