Junior Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians across all maintenance tasks — painting, furniture repair, basic plumbing, fixture replacement
• Execute daily room inspection rounds for minor defects: loose handles, dripping taps, non-functioning lamps
• Maintain public areas: lobby furniture, entrance doors, exterior lighting, stairwells
• Carry out painting touch-ups and wall repairs between guest departures and arrivals
• Learn property systems under supervision — water, electrical distribution, HVAC basics

Requirements

• No prior hotel experience required — trade school background in any technical area welcomed
• Willingness to learn and rotate across maintenance disciplines
• Punctual and physically capable
• Valid INE; ability to work weekends
