Maintenance Technician — Plumbing & HVAC Support

Responsibilities

• Handle all plumbing maintenance across a 600-room resort: leaks, blockages, water pressure issues, hot water system faults
• Support the HVAC technician on filter changes, condensate drain clearing, and fan coil unit servicing
• Maintain the resort's domestic water system — tanks, pressure pumps, distribution lines
• Respond to room maintenance calls during shift; prioritize occupied rooms and checkout-blocking issues
• Work in coordination with the stewarding department on kitchen drain blockages
• Maintain accurate log of all plumbing repairs and parts used

Requirements

• Solid plumbing skills: drainage, pressure systems, hot and cold supply lines
• Experience with fan coil units and basic HVAC filter maintenance preferred
• Physical stamina for confined-space and ceiling void access
• Rotating shift availability
