General Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle all maintenance requests across a 180-room business hotel — electrical, plumbing, furniture, HVAC filters
• Perform preventive maintenance rounds on guest floors per weekly schedule
• Maintain meeting rooms and boardrooms: AV connections, lighting, AC controls
• Manage laundry room equipment maintenance in coordination with housekeeping
• Execute painting and finish touch-ups between guest departures
• Log all work in property management system; maintain accurate parts consumption records

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year hotel or commercial building maintenance
• Multi-trade basic competency
• Professional presentation appropriate to business hotel environment
• Monday–Saturday availability with Sunday on-call rotation
