Work environment

Convention hotel adjacent to Expo Guadalajara — one of Latin America's largest convention centers. Maintenance demand surges dramatically during major events.

About the role

Convention hotel maintenance is unpredictable in the best way. You might spend Tuesday doing routine rounds, and by Thursday you're setting up temporary power for a 3,000-person trade show. The technician who can shift between disciplined preventive maintenance and rapid event-support response — without losing quality on either — is the one every convention hotel wants to keep.
