Work environment

Extended-stay hotel in Zapopan's Puerta de Hierro corridor — serving long-stay corporate guests with residential-style units. Higher plumbing and kitchen system demand than standard hotels.

About the role

Extended-stay hotel maintenance is closer to residential property management than resort maintenance. The guests are staying for weeks or months — they're living in the building, using the kitchen, running the washing machine every few days. The maintenance technician who understands that rhythm, who stays ahead of the higher wear rates that come with it, keeps long-stay guests happy in a way that directly affects renewal rates.
