Work environment
Ultra-luxury resort in the Los Cabos Corridor. Properties of this caliber maintain standards that most five-star hotels aspire to — maintenance work here directly impacts the guest experience at rates of USD 1,000+ per night.
About the role
When you're maintaining a resort where a villa costs USD 2,000 a night, the standard isn't "functional" — it's invisible perfection. The maintenance technician who enters a guest space and leaves without a single trace of having been there, who fixed what needed fixing and restored everything to the exact condition it was in, who the guest never knew existed — has done the job at the highest level.
