General Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain ultra-luxury property to five-star standard — every guest-visible surface, fixture, and fitting at all times
• Execute preventive maintenance on villa systems: plumbing, air conditioning, audio-visual, automated shading
• Handle salt-corrosion remediation on exposed metalwork, balcony railings, and outdoor furniture hardware
• Respond to guest room calls with maximum 15-minute response time standard
• Coordinate with butler and guest services team when entering occupied villas
• Document all work in property management system; flag recurring issues to Chief Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years hotel or luxury residential maintenance experience
• Multi-trade competency: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, furniture restoration
• Comfort working in occupied luxury villa environments — discretion, presentation, and minimal disruption
• Basic English for direct communication with international guests when necessary
