Work environment
Boutique luxury hotel in San José del Cabo. Smaller property means the electrical technician has full ownership of all systems — high responsibility and high autonomy.
About the role
In a boutique property, you're not one of twelve electricians — you're the electrician. When the generator needs to start and it doesn't, you're the person on the phone with the Chief Engineer at midnight. That ownership is demanding, but it's also what makes the role genuinely satisfying for a technician who wants to master a property's systems completely.
