Work environment
Beachfront resort with marina and beach club. Outdoor-heavy maintenance role in one of Mexico's most demanding climatic environments.
About the role
The desert meets the Pacific at Los Cabos — and nothing tests materials and outdoor infrastructure like that combination. The maintenance technician who understands that the sea corrodes what the desert sun doesn't bleach, who stays ahead of the deterioration cycle with consistent anti-corrosion work, is what keeps a luxury outdoor property looking new year after year.
