Maintenance Technician — Plumbing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain all plumbing systems across a villa-style resort: private pool circuits, jacuzzis, outdoor showers, kitchen systems
• Service and maintain water softening and filtration systems — Los Cabos' hard mineral-rich water requires treatment to protect fixtures and boilers
• Handle all plumbing repairs and installations to luxury finish standard
• Maintain the domestic hot water system and solar thermal collectors where installed
• Coordinate with pool technician on villa pool plumbing and equipment interfaces
• Work during evening and overnight shifts as rotated to cover 24-hour maintenance needs

Requirements

• Specialist plumbing skills including water treatment systems knowledge
• Experience with jacuzzi and spa tub systems preferred
• Ability to work to luxury finish standards — visible pipework in guest areas must be finished cleanly
• Rotating shift flexibility
