Senior Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance of hotel building systems (rooms, restaurants, spa, lobby) within a larger resort that also maintains a championship golf course
• Coordinate with the golf course grounds team on shared infrastructure: irrigation system interfaces, cart storage electrical, pro shop facilities
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules across multiple property zones
• Train and supervise 2–3 junior technicians during their development period
• Manage maintenance parts inventory and procurement within budget
• Serve as acting Chief Engineer during management absences

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years hotel maintenance experience
• Strong multi-trade background: electrical, plumbing, mechanical
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Experience with irrigation or water distribution systems a strong advantage
