General Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle all maintenance requests across a 120-room business hotel — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture
• Perform preventive maintenance rounds per weekly schedule
• Maintain meeting rooms and event spaces: AV connections, lighting, AC performance
• Service common areas: lobby, pool area, restaurant — daily inspection and defect repair
• Assist with seasonal deep maintenance during low occupancy (August–October)
• Document work orders and parts usage in property system

Requirements

• 1+ year hotel or commercial maintenance
• Multi-trade basics
• Heat tolerance and hydration discipline for outdoor and high-temperature work zones
• Shift flexibility
