Responsibilities
- Handle all maintenance requests across a 200-room business hotel — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, fixtures
- Perform preventive maintenance rounds on guest floors — inspect rooms systematically between stays
- Maintain meeting room and event space equipment: AV connections, motorized screens, lighting systems
- Service elevator mechanical rooms in coordination with external maintenance contractor
- Execute post-seismic event building inspection checklist — CDMX protocol requires rapid structural scan after any tremor above 4.5 magnitude
- Document all work orders in property management system with time stamps and parts used
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hotel or commercial building maintenance in CDMX or comparable urban environment
- Familiarity with high-rise building systems
- Basic post-seismic inspection training or willingness to complete it
- Multi-trade competency; professional presentation for business hotel environment
