Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance team of 8–12 technicians across day, evening, and overnight shifts
• Manage preventive maintenance program covering 300+ rooms plus conference and event facilities
• Coordinate with global brand's engineering standards team on compliance, audits, and reporting
• Oversee maintenance budget, approve purchases, and report monthly to General Manager
• Lead post-seismic building inspection team — activate and coordinate assessment after any significant seismic event
• Manage service contractor relationships: elevator, HVAC, fire suppression, IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years hotel maintenance; 2+ years in supervisory role in CDMX or major city
• Strong multi-trade technical knowledge; BMS familiarity preferred
• Experience managing branded hotel brand engineering standards
• Leadership and budget management competency
