Modern apart-hotel in Santa Fe business district. High continuous occupancy means HVAC systems run at near-full capacity year-round.
About the role
Santa Fe is CDMX's most modern business district — the buildings are newer, the systems are more sophisticated, and the technical demands on maintenance are correspondingly higher. The HVAC technician who can maintain a VRF system across 300 units without downtime is operating at a professional level that the general maintenance market can't fill easily.
