Maintenance Technician — Multi-Property Support

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support across 2–3 small boutique properties owned by the same group within the Oaxaca historic center
• Prioritize and manage work order queue across multiple sites — travel between properties on foot or bicycle within the walkable historic center
• Handle all standard maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, AC service
• Maintain each property's unique character — different buildings with different architectural styles, materials, and histories
• Coordinate with individual property managers on priorities and scheduling
• Build deep knowledge of each property's systems, quirks, and recurring issues

Requirements

• Maintenance experience across multiple building types
• Organized and self-directed — managing across multiple sites requires personal scheduling discipline
• Comfortable operating without daily supervision
• Mobile within the historic center — properties are within walking distance of each other
