About the role
Eco hotel maintenance isn't just a different type of building — it's a different philosophy. When something breaks, you ask: can this be repaired rather than replaced? Can the replacement be sourced locally? Can the repair method leave less waste? The maintenance technician who thinks this way naturally is genuinely rare, and eco properties pay to keep them.
