Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team of 5–8 technicians across day and evening shifts
• Manage work order queue, assign priorities, and track completion times
• Oversee preventive maintenance program across all property systems
• Conduct regular supplier meetings for maintenance contracts and spare parts
• Prepare monthly maintenance report for general management — costs, open issues, upcoming capital needs
• Coordinate with rooms division on room-down status and rapid return to service

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hotel maintenance with at least 1 year supervisory experience
• Strong technical knowledge across multi-trade operations
• Budget management experience
• Leadership ability in a team under operational pressure
