General Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Cover all maintenance requests across assigned resort section — rooms, common areas, food and beverage outlets
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs within multi-trade competency
• Perform preventive maintenance rounds daily and weekly per established schedule
• Support engineering team on larger projects during low-occupancy periods
• Maintain detailed work order log in property management system
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls during shift within defined response time standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year hotel maintenance
• Multi-trade basics across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Shift flexibility — resort operation is 24/7/365
• Valid INE; ability to obtain Distintivo H knowledge certification
