Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team of 4–7 technicians across day and evening shifts
• Assign work orders, maintain response time standards, and report to Chief Engineer
• Oversee preventive maintenance program and ensure schedule adherence
• Manage maintenance budget for consumables and parts within approved limits
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk on room-down status and guest maintenance requests
• Recruit, onboard, and train new technicians; maintain team technical development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hotel maintenance; 1+ year supervisory experience
• Strong multi-trade technical knowledge
• Team leadership and people management skills
• Budget tracking and reporting experience
