Maintenance Technician — Boutique Property

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 40-room hillside boutique hotel — all systems: electrical, plumbing, pool, AC units, furniture
• Navigate the property's terraced layout — maintenance access requires physical fitness and tool-carrying up multiple levels
• Maintain rooftop pool and terrace area — tiles, seating, water features, lighting
• Service mini-split air conditioning units across all guest rooms — filter cleaning, coil checks, refrigerant monitoring referrals
• Handle all carpentry, painting, and finish maintenance to boutique standard
• Coordinate with ownership on renovation and improvement projects during low season

Requirements

• Maintenance experience in boutique or residential environments
• Physical fitness for hillside property terrain — this is a genuine requirement
• Multi-trade competency; mini-split AC service experience valued
• Self-directed work style — boutique maintenance often operates with minimal supervision
