Maintenance Technician — Marina & Beach Club

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel buildings and marina-adjacent outdoor facilities: dock lighting, water connections, fuel dock electrical
• Service beach club infrastructure: palapa structures, outdoor furniture, sound system connections, beach bar equipment
• Apply anti-corrosion treatments to marina metalwork — Pacific salt spray requires consistent maintenance schedule
• Handle marina-side electrical: dock power pedestals, lighting, pump systems
• Coordinate with marina operators on shared infrastructure and vessel servicing areas
• Maintain water sports equipment storage and preparation areas

Requirements

• Maintenance experience; marine or coastal environment background advantageous
• Basic understanding of marine electrical systems (12V and 120V dock systems) preferred
• Comfort with outdoor work in coastal conditions
• Flexible availability during high-season charter departure hours
