Hacienda hotel and events venue in San Miguel de Allende. The wedding market here is among the strongest in Mexico — weekends from April through November are consistently booked.
About the role
Wedding maintenance is invisible when it's done well. The bride who walks into a perfectly lit courtyard doesn't see the technician who spent three hours running cable through a 200-year-old archway so the string lights would look like they floated. That invisibility is the craft — and when an event runs perfectly, everyone in that courtyard is benefiting from work that was done before they arrived.
