About the role
Tulum hotel maintenance requires a different mindset than resort maintenance. You're not maintaining a machine — you're maintaining a living environment where the jungle is always trying to reclaim the space. The technician who respects that dynamic, who works with the environment rather than against it, who understands why the roof needs re-thatching before it leaks rather than after, is the technician Tulum properties want to keep.
