Responsibilities
- Manage off-grid or hybrid energy systems: solar photovoltaic arrays, battery banks, inverters, backup generators
- Maintain water systems: rainwater harvesting tanks, filtration systems, UV sterilization units, pressure pumps
- Service composting and greywater treatment systems in accordance with property's environmental certifications
- Maintain all villa structures: thatched roofs, wooden frames, canvas structures, outdoor showers
- Coordinate with property's sustainability manager on maintenance planning and environmental reporting
- Monitor energy consumption and water usage data; identify and flag inefficiencies
Requirements
- Experience with solar energy systems and off-grid power — essential, not preferred
- Knowledge of water treatment and filtration systems
- Comfort with environmental compliance reporting
- Physically fit for outdoor tropical environment work
