HVAC Technician — Guest Room Systems

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain fan coil units across 600+ guest rooms: filter cleaning (monthly), coil cleaning (quarterly), condensate drain flushing, fan motor inspection
• Diagnose and repair fan coil faults: motor replacement, valve adjustment, thermostat replacement, refrigerant connection leaks
• Manage room AC work order queue — prioritize occupied rooms and rooms with confirmed arrivals
• Perform quarterly PM runs across all floors systematically; document completion and flag recurring units for replacement planning
• Coordinate with the refrigeration specialist on refrigerant top-ups and leak testing
• Maintain part inventory for most common fan coil components; avoid resort downtime from parts delays

Requirements

• HVAC vocational training or equivalent practical experience
• Fan coil unit maintenance and fault diagnosis competency
• EC0152 refrigerant handling certification or willingness to obtain (property may support cost)
• Rotating shift availability
