Work environment

Mid-size hotel with VRF and mini-split HVAC. Technically current role — VRF systems are the dominant HVAC technology in Mexico's newer hotel construction.

About the role

VRF systems are the future of hotel HVAC in Mexico — they're more efficient, more controllable, and more flexible than older fan-coil systems. The technician who masters VRF diagnostics now is investing in a skill set that will be in demand at every new hotel built in the country for the next decade.
