Work environment
Multi-outlet all-inclusive resort kitchen and F&B operation. Commercial refrigeration specialist role with direct food safety and cold chain responsibility.
About the role
Commercial refrigeration in an all-inclusive kitchen is the most consequential HVAC/refrigeration work in hotel maintenance. A failing walk-in freezer at 2 a.m. on a Saturday in peak season — with 40,000 pesos of food at risk — requires someone who can diagnose the fault, assess whether it can be temporarily managed, and make a decision that protects the food supply. That responsibility is real and the pay reflects it.
