Refrigeration Technician — F&B & Specialty Storage

Responsibilities

  • Maintain commercial refrigeration across hotel restaurant: walk-in cooler, reach-in units, bar refrigeration, ice machine
  • Service any specialty storage temperature control — Guadalajara hotel F&B programs may include mezcal or craft spirits tasting rooms with temperature-controlled storage
  • Manage humidity and temperature control in wine storage areas
  • Perform EC0152 compliant refrigerant management and documentation
  • Handle commercial kitchen exhaust hood maintenance alongside refrigeration scope (common in smaller engineering teams)
  • Coordinate with F&B manager on storage capacity and temperature requirements

Requirements

  • EC0152 certification
  • Commercial refrigeration experience
  • Temperature-controlled specialty storage knowledge preferred
  • Organized for multi-system maintenance scheduling
