Responsibilities
- Maintain commercial refrigeration across hotel restaurant: walk-in cooler, reach-in units, bar refrigeration, ice machine
- Service any specialty storage temperature control — Guadalajara hotel F&B programs may include mezcal or craft spirits tasting rooms with temperature-controlled storage
- Manage humidity and temperature control in wine storage areas
- Perform EC0152 compliant refrigerant management and documentation
- Handle commercial kitchen exhaust hood maintenance alongside refrigeration scope (common in smaller engineering teams)
- Coordinate with F&B manager on storage capacity and temperature requirements
Requirements
- EC0152 certification
- Commercial refrigeration experience
- Temperature-controlled specialty storage knowledge preferred
- Organized for multi-system maintenance scheduling
