Work environment
Multi-property colonial boutique hotels in Mérida's historic center. Highest ambient temperature HVAC environment in inland Mexican hospitality — critical role during summer months.
About the role
Mérida's summer heat is not just uncomfortable — it's dangerous. The HVAC technician who maintains the air conditioning in a city where staying cool is genuinely a health matter is doing work that goes beyond comfort maintenance. Every room that stays at 22°C through a 44°C afternoon is a room where the guest is safe, comfortable, and returning next year.
