Senior HVAC Technician — High-Rise & BMS

Responsibilities

  • Lead HVAC maintenance for a high-rise luxury hotel: chilled and hot water system, air handling units, VRF zones, fan coil units across 30 floors
  • Interface with BMS on HVAC zone scheduling, setpoint management, and energy optimization
  • Manage seasonal changeover between cooling-dominant and heating-dominant operation — CDMX's four-season climate requires scheduled system adjustments
  • Lead junior HVAC technician; assign PM tasks and supervise technical quality
  • Coordinate with chiller manufacturer on annual maintenance contracts
  • Manage EC0152 compliant refrigerant logs across all systems

Requirements

  • Senior HVAC technical qualification; high-rise or central plant experience
  • EC0152 certification
  • BMS HVAC interface experience
  • Leadership and team management capability
