Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC maintenance for a high-rise luxury hotel: chilled and hot water system, air handling units, VRF zones, fan coil units across 30 floors
- Interface with BMS on HVAC zone scheduling, setpoint management, and energy optimization
- Manage seasonal changeover between cooling-dominant and heating-dominant operation — CDMX's four-season climate requires scheduled system adjustments
- Lead junior HVAC technician; assign PM tasks and supervise technical quality
- Coordinate with chiller manufacturer on annual maintenance contracts
- Manage EC0152 compliant refrigerant logs across all systems
Requirements
- Senior HVAC technical qualification; high-rise or central plant experience
- EC0152 certification
- BMS HVAC interface experience
- Leadership and team management capability
