About the role
The Caribbean humidity doesn't take days off. An HVAC system in Playa del Carmen is fighting 85% relative humidity every hour of every day. The technician who keeps ahead of condensate drain blockages — the single most common fan coil failure mode in humid climates — prevents the kind of water damage to guest rooms that costs significantly more than the maintenance program.
