Refrigeration Technician — Beach Club & Marina

Responsibilities

• Maintain all refrigeration for beach club and marina restaurant: walk-in coolers and freezers, bar bottle coolers, ice machines, outdoor bar refrigeration
• Manage salt-air condenser maintenance — beach club condensers in Banderas Bay's Pacific environment require monthly external cleaning
• Service ice machines for maximum capacity during peak beach service hours
• Handle refrigerant management per EC0152 with SEMARNAT-compliant documentation
• Maintain outdoor refrigeration units (bar coolers, portable units during events) with weatherproofing appropriate to beach environment
• Respond to cold chain failures with immediate priority — beach club seafood and beverage service depends on continuous refrigeration

Requirements

• EC0152 certification — mandatory
• Commercial refrigeration with coastal/outdoor environment experience
• Salt-air equipment maintenance knowledge
• Immediate cold chain emergency response
