Work environment
Colonial boutique hotel and events venue in San Miguel de Allende. Dual HVAC/refrigeration role with significant event season demand support and genuine winter heating requirements.
About the role
San Miguel's climate is what makes the city beautiful — warm afternoons, cool evenings, clear highland air. The HVAC technician here maintains the systems that let guests enjoy exactly that climate inside: warm on winter evenings, cool food storage year-round, and just enough AC for the warmest April afternoons. Precision and versatility matter more here than raw cooling capacity.
