About the role
The painter-carpenter in Guadalajara who can move between applying a glass-smooth commercial finish in a business hotel on Monday and repairing a lime-plaster colonial archway on Wednesday has a range of skill that most single-property positions don't develop. That versatility is valuable in any maintenance career, and Guadalajara's mixed hotel market is one of the places where it develops naturally.
