Carpenter — Custom Millwork & Furniture Restoration

Responsibilities

• Execute custom millwork and built-in furniture installation as part of villa renovation program: closet interiors, bathroom vanities, headboard surrounds, entertainment unit integrations
• Restore and refinish high-end furniture to luxury specification: solid wood pieces, wicker and rattan restoration, hand-carved wood element conservation
• Apply marine-grade protective finishes to all outdoor wood elements on maintenance schedule
• Handle detailed carpentry repairs that must be invisible at close inspection — furniture joints, veneer repairs, door hardware alignment
• Coordinate with the interior designer and purchasing department on material specifications
• Manage custom joinery supply: sourcing quality tropical hardwoods from approved suppliers

Requirements

• Fine carpentry and custom millwork experience — this is not general maintenance carpentry
• Furniture restoration at luxury finish level
• Marine-grade wood finishing knowledge
• Collaboration with design and interior specification teams
