Work environment
Five-star resort in Los Cabos. Luxury-standard painting and carpentry in the most UV-intense and salt-corrosive coastal environment in Mexican hotel maintenance.
About the role
Luxury hotel painting in Los Cabos is where the craft is tested hardest. The UV will find every thin spot. The desert heat will crack every joint that wasn't fitted with sufficient tolerance. The salt will find every millimeter of bare wood. The painter-carpenter who knows these enemies, who uses the right products and preparation techniques to defeat them, keeps a USD 200 million resort looking like it was finished yesterday.
