Painter & Carpenter — Business Hotel

Responsibilities

• Execute room painting program to international brand standard: glass-smooth walls, precise color match to brand specification, consistent quality across 200+ rooms
• Handle carpentry repairs: wardrobe doors and drawers, bathroom vanity maintenance, headboard framework, desk and surface repairs
• Maintain meeting room and conference facility finish: wall paint, carpet border maintenance, paneling touch-ups
• Execute seismic repair program following tremors: plaster cracks, joint separations in walls and ceilings are common after significant seismic events
• Coordinate with rooms division on painting access schedule and room downtime minimization
• Maintain detailed color specification records for each room type — brand hotels have strict color standards requiring exact match

Requirements

• Hotel painting experience; international brand hotel background preferred
• Commercial paint finish quality — roller-mark-free walls are the minimum standard
• Post-seismic plaster repair skills (CDMX-specific requirement)
• Professional presentation for business hotel environment
