Work environment
Mid-size resort on the Riviera Maya. Continuous maintenance painting and carpentry in a humidity-intensive environment that requires persistent preventive attention.
About the role
The Riviera Maya's jungle humidity is the painter-carpenter's constant opponent. Mold grows on painted surfaces within months without the right products and preparation. The craftsperson who uses the right mold-resistant primer, who prepares the surface correctly, who applies paint to the standard that lasts two years rather than one — saves the property significant cost and keeps the rooms looking fresh for much longer.
