Painter & Carpenter — Boutique Hillside Hotels

Responsibilities

• Maintain paint and carpentry across boutique hillside properties in PV's Zona Romántica: iconic white exterior walls, interior rooms, rooftop terraces
• Work in difficult access conditions: exterior painting on hillside buildings with multi-level terraced facades, carrying equipment up steep exterior stairs
• Maintain the distinctive white lime-adjacent exterior paint of colonial-style PV boutique properties — matching tone and finish is a craft skill
• Handle detailed carpentry in period-style spaces: wooden window frames, decorative doors, carved balcony railings
• Repair and refinish rooftop terrace furniture and structure: pool area sun loungers, shade structures, bar surrounds
• Coordinate with property managers on low-season exterior refresh projects

Requirements

• Painting experience with exterior white paint systems and colonial building finish
• Physical fitness and comfort with height work on hillside buildings
• Carpentry competency for period-style wooden elements
• Careful working style appropriate to boutique property standards
