Work environment

Beachfront resort and beach club in Puerto Vallarta. High-volume painting and carpentry in a Pacific coast humidity and salt-air environment.

About the role

Banderas Bay's Pacific humidity is relentless — walls that were painted six months ago can show mold growth if the prep was wrong. The painter who invests the extra time in proper surface preparation and the right primer system produces work that lasts twice as long, uses half the paint budget over three years, and keeps the rooms looking fresh instead of tired. Craft investment pays compound interest in hotel maintenance.
