Work environment
Large all-inclusive resort in Cancún's Zona Hotelera. High-volume plumbing environment — the most active plumbing maintenance workload in Mexican hospitality.
About the role
Resort plumbing in Cancún is volume work. A thousand bathrooms being used by a thousand guests every day generates a plumbing call volume that never stops. The plumber who manages that workload systematically — who tracks the chronic drain that blocks every two weeks, who knows which floor's water pressure is marginal, who plans the preventive work that prevents the emergency — is the one every Chief Engineer relies on.
