Senior Plumber — Infrastructure & Systems

Responsibilities

• Manage the resort's plumbing infrastructure: domestic water supply, hot water distribution, drainage network, irrigation connections
• Lead a team of 2 junior plumbers; assign daily work orders and supervise technical standard
• Plan and execute major plumbing projects during low-occupancy periods: pipe replacements, system upgrades, drainage improvements
• Maintain the resort's water treatment plant (where applicable) and water quality monitoring program
• Manage plumbing materials inventory and procurement within budget
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialist work — bore hole maintenance, main sewer connection work, large excavation projects

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years commercial plumbing with large building experience
• Leadership and team coordination experience
• Infrastructure-level plumbing knowledge: supply mains, drainage networks, pressure zoning
• Budget management capability

The Senior Plumber who maintains a resort's water supply and drainage network to the standard where nothing ever fails during peak occupancy is doing work that the guests never notice and the General Manager never forgets.
